This diminutive oval pendant is perfect on a necklace or a charm bracelet. Decorate the front or back with a fingerprint, handprint, footprint, handwriting or graphic. We now offer a photo option (limit 1 person per photo) and a large, high quality, close-up photo is required.


Metal Choice: 925 Sterling Silver, 14K Solid Yellow Gold, 14K Solid White Gold, 14K Solid Rose Gold or Platinum.


Pendant Style: Choose from chamber or non-chamber style. Chamber pendants have a discreet inner compartment that is air and water tight when sealed with rubber gasket threaded-screw closure. No chamber pendants are generally thinner without hollow inside.


Front Options: You may personalize the front with a photo, fingerprint, handwriting, signature,  text, graphic or combination for a total of 1 personalization.


Back Options: Like the front, you may personalize the back with 1 personalization like a photo, print- finger, hand or foot, signature or graphic.


Lifetime promise! The print quality is promised for life. If the print quality ever degrades, we will replace the piece free of charge.

Turn around time:

  • Sterling Silver: 1 business day until pendant ships from the date we receive your file.
  • Solid gold or platinum: additional 4-5 weeks for 14K Solid Gold or Platinum orders.
  • Back engraving: additional 1 business day for engraved back


For quick processing of order: Label files with First and Last name of person being memorialized and indicate front or back if applicable. For example, "JohnSmithFront" or "JohnSmithBack". Make sure files are large- if they are too small, we may request larger (higher resolution files) and your order may be delayed. Complicated orders (several pendants with front and back personalization and many different prints or files) may be delayed if files are not named. A customer note clarifying what is to be on front or back of which pendant could help expedite order.


How to Submit Your Photo
A large, quality photo- close up to the face is needed for the petite size. Limit 1 person per photo.
Sharp focus with good lighting are requirements for a good result. Tiny photos that are blurry with bad lighting are not recommended and we will email to request a better photo. If inferior photos are submitted and requested to use, we will not offer redos or refunds.                                                       


How do I Collect Fingerprints? You may use a digital fingerprint scanner. Or you may simply use an ink pad on plain white paper. A good print is the entire finger (or hand/foot) clear and complete with detail-no smudges. Take a digital photo of the print. Fill the frame without cutting off the print or getting to close it blurs. A sharply focused print with good lighting works best. Large images work best.


How do I capture handwriting? Take a high resolution digital photo in JPG format of the handwriting. Make sure the writing is crisp and in focus with good lighting for contrast. Large images work best.

Note: Please notify us prior to any return to prevent unnecessary delays and/or additional shipping charges. 

Returns/Exchanges of Non-personalized Items: If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange or a full refund. Please contact Customer Service to receive return/exchange instructions. You have 30 days from received tracking date to return your items. 

Returns/Exchanges of Personalized Items: Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error, product defect, or it has a personalization error.

In the unfortunate event that an order is cancelled after an item has been personalized but before item has been shipped or delivered, the customer will be charged for the item less a courtesy discount.

Returns & Exchanges of Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to set up a return or exchange. We will replace the item ASAP or set up a return for you. Tender Essentials reserves the right to replace a damaged/defective item and have the damaged/defective item returned to Tender Essentials or our vendor for inspection, at the cost of Tender Essentials. Please supply photos of the damaged or defective product and email to support@tenderessentials.com so that we may verify your claim--thank you for your kind understanding.

Restocking and Shipping Fees: Returns/Exchanges of non-damaged or non-personalized items may incur a 10-15% restocking fee that is charged to us by our suppliers. All precious metal rings can only be returned within 45 days in new condition. All precious metal rings returned will incur a 20% fee. All precious metal ring returns must be approved before being sent in; please contact us first. Any precious metal rings sent to us will be sent back if not approved. Please adhere to all safety instructions and insure your ring when you send it back for any reason. We do not cover any loss or damages during shipment, as we have no control over the ring until it is received. Please note that any Customs Taxes accrued through shipping are the sole responsibility of the recipient. There is a 20% warranty fee for precious metal rings exchanged after 45 days.Shipping charges are not refundable. Proof charges are non refundable. Customer is responsible for all return packing/shipping charges and must insure item for the full purchase price. In the event that your order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, actual shipping charges incurred by Tender Essentials will be deducted from the purchase price credit.

Orders cancelled after items ship but before items are delivered: Customer will not be credited our actual shipping costs or return costs even if the order qualified for "free shipping" at time of purchase.

Other notes:

  • Any missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must not be customized or personalized
  • The product must not be handmade
  • The product must not be handblown glass
  • The product must be unused and in resaleable condition
  • We have the right to refuse service or sell to anyone
  • Any incurred shipping costs will be subtracted from the total amount
  • We can cancel orders if pricing is incorrect
  • Shipping and Proof fees incurred will not be credited back on returns unless otherwise agreed

Ring Sizing Information: Comfort Fit vs. Standard Fit

Alternative metal rings are made with "comfort fit" sizing. This means that the inside of the ring is rounded, which helps it slide over your knuckle easier. The inside diameter of the ring gets bigger as you get closer to the edge of the ring. In contrast, standard fit rings are flat on the inside of the ring, which means the inside diameter is the same as you move along from one edge to the other. Because of this difference, comfort fit rings tend to fit looser than standard fit rings of the same size. As a general rule of thumb, when purchasing a comfort fit ring, you should choose a size that is about a half size smaller than your standard fit ring size. Different jewelers have tools to measure ring size, but they may vary slightly, which can cause different jewelers to measure your finger at slightly different sizes. The width of a ring can affect sizing. Generally, a ring 10 mm or wider can feel tight and you may be just fine staying at the same size as your standard ring size. Because sizing can vary, please keep in mind that there will be slight variances of +/- 0.25 mm.
